Frank Berry Otter has been supplying to Education for over 56 years with a wealth of experience in all aspects of stationery supply. We feel passionate about our customers and the service levels we provide, we are a family owned business with good old fashioned values.
We are based in beautiful Chesterfield, only 2 miles from the famous crooked spire and less than 3 miles from the Derbyshire Peak District. Our central location gives us excellent distribution networks covering the whole of the UK. We have even delivered orders as far away as Gibraltar, Holland and all across Europe.
We employ approximately 30 people throughout the business; this is made up of customer service staff, warehousing, retail staff and 5 nationwide Sales Managers.
Everything we do at Frank Berry Otter is specifically geared towards helping the customer make the most of our products and additional services we provide, with this in mind our customer service team and field sales team are always available to help, recommend or advise you on what’s best for your educational establishment.
Our 2000sq ft retail shop is open 6 days a week to help you see all our stock items and what best suits your requirements. If you require samples of any kind please give us a call and we will be happy to help.
