COVID-19

Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on everyone around the world. At this time, FBO Educational Supplies are continuing to operate as usual and foresee no imminent threats to our supply chain. Orders for stock do not need to be processed and sent immediately but can be forward ordered to secure product for later in the year.

These are challenging and exceptional circumstances for all of us. We look forward to continuing to work with you to support your organisation, we are committed to upholding our promise of providing excellent service and we ask that you continue to support our business through what are undoubtedly unprecedented times.

As you’ll be aware, the coronavirus situation continues to evolve. FBO is closely monitoring developments and following the official guidance from Public Health England.
 
We thought it would be helpful to clarify our current position for all customers:

• Following the Government’s advice, we have asked all of our Sales Representatives to postpone all future face-to-face appointments at this stage and encourage communication via e-mail and telephone to avoid unnecessary direct social interaction. Every action that we take is with you, the customer, in mind and therefore if your school or organisation is forced to close FBO is on hand to produce bespoke stationery packs to enable home learning for your students. Please contact your Sales Representative to discuss this further.

• FBO is committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver our customers with the services and products they need is still our top priority, in line with our normal delivery procedures. Until circumstances force a change, it is business as usual. Again, this will be regularly reviewed in line with Public Health England.

• We are taking the necessary precautions and have given clear guidance to our staff. All work surfaces and high contact zones are being regularly sanitised.

• We are in regular contact with our supply chain to manage any potential impacts on our operations. We are also regularly communicating with our third-party logistic partners. As soon as any situation changes, we will update our customers as necessary.
