Terms, policies
& your rights
Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, returns, and how we look after your data — written clearly, without the jargon.
Payment & pricing Invoices, VAT, and payment terms
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are reviewed regularly. The most up-to-date pricing is always available at frankberry.co.uk. Paper prices may fluctuate with the market and we reserve the right to amend any incorrect pricing on orders received.
Delivery Timelines, out-of-stock, and special requirements
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery is door-to-door and does not include unpacking of parcels or pallets. If you have specific requirements, please discuss these with our customer service team in advance.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified on all relevant paperwork. Outstanding goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. We reserve the right to supply an alternative product of comparable or better quality if the ordered item is unavailable.
If a pallet or parcel arrives with visible external damage, please sign for it as "damaged" or reject the delivery if you feel there is a significant problem. Take photographic evidence where possible, and call our customer service team whilst the courier is still on site if you are unsure.
Returns & claims Timeframes, charges, and cancellations
Please sign for all deliveries as "unchecked". All claims must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your goods. Goods supplied correctly are non-returnable without prior permission from our customer service team or a sales representative.
Cannot be returned Bespoke books
All cancelled orders must be put in writing. Without written confirmation, the order will be processed and charged. For collections, ensure goods are suitably packaged for the courier — failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Personalisation & bespoke goods Cresting, overprinting, and custom orders
Clarification will always be required before a personalised order is input. Always discuss your requirements with our customer service team. The customer is responsible for ensuring all details on orders are complete and accurate — this especially applies to school cresting.
We reserve the right to make changes to the specification and/or colour of any products we supply. All goods are supplied with the relevant manufacturer's warranty.
